Whether you are someone who likes to go out for a jog wearing your favorite sportswear as you wake up or hitting the nearest café to get a grab to eat before heading to work, no one can deny that a hot cup of coffee would be perfect, especially in the cold morning.

However, nowadays, the effects of coffee in health are quite controversial among society but it depends on who you ask, it is either a super coffee lover or an incredible dodger.

Regardless of what you may have heard, don't just jump to the conclusion. Let's dig in deeper on what you should know about coffee.

Coffee Lower Risk of Depression


Have you encountered depression once? Maybe when your partner left you for absurd reasons, feeling too overwhelmed with things in life or have the nervous jitters before the test. Coffee may be your best accompany.

A test has shown that people who drank the most coffee had a 20% lower risk of becoming depressed.

In fact, it makes sense that coffee could help you live longer too as most of the time coffee drinkers was recorded can lower risk of many common diseases.
